The Workplace Leaders Summit

The Workplace Event is proud to launch The Workplace Leaders Summit. The VUCA sessions
The global events of the past five years have sent shockwaves through all corners of our lives. Brexit, the pandemic, and the war in Ukraine; all of them have contributed to a number of unpredictable and difficult-to-manage challenges in the workplace and facilities sector, This morning's session will explore how organisations are navigating this VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world.

The Future Session
To finish off our programme we imagine a new future. With all of the ideas that we've been sharing over the last two days was does the future of work look like and how will we best support that? We'll explore new business models, new mindsets, new strategies and new tactics. This is a commitment to shaping the future, not waiting for it to happen.
Afternoon – Have I Got Workplace News For You
Day two will feature two panels of workplace experts who are put through their paces in a quiz based on the infamous BBC programme. Drinks, laughs and insights gathered as we see the week out.
The Data Sessions
How equipped are we for the digitisation of the workplace? What innovations exist that can move the dial? How are jobs going to change and how will it change the working lives of people?
